What you will do
- Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, and Ops.
- Identify and redesign high-leverage workflows around Claude agents, MCPs, and Skills.
- Build automations using Claude Code, GitHub, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, and Planhat.
- Own project launches end-to-end including briefing, planning, execution, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Based in Berlin or ready to relocate within 4-6 weeks.
- 1-2 years of operator experience at top startups, consultancies, VC/PE, or investment banks.
- Proven track record of shipping AI-driven automations in production.
- Comfortable with terminal usage and technical problem solving without a CS degree.
- Empathy for frontline and blue-collar work is a strong plus.
