What you will do

• Identify and evaluate potential new retail store locations in accordance with the expansion strategy
• Perform market analysis, conduct site assessments, and prepare detailed location proposals
• Coordinate with external brokers, landlords, and property owners during leasing processes
• Support lease negotiations in collaboration with senior real estate managers and legal teams
• Maintain and update the real estate portfolio database, monitoring key lease dates and milestones
• Prepare investment cases and internal approval documents for new store openings

Requirements

• A few years of experience in real estate, retail expansion, leasing, or property management (internships included)
• Basic understanding of commercial real estate principles and lease structures
• Strong analytical skills for market research, site evaluations, and investment analysis
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Economics, or a related field
