What you will do

• Design and develop graphics-based applications in modern GUI environments with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools, code assistants, and agent frameworks into the software development lifecycle.
• Build interfaces connecting users, engineering workflows, and AI systems.
• Design and execute systematic software tests and develop tooling for automated test evaluation.
• Translate complex technical requirements into structured, testable solutions and collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and simulation experts through release.
• Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing in an international engineering team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience delivering production-quality C/C++ code.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools, such as code assistants or data-driven methods, in daily development.
• Written and spoken English is required for collaboration in an international team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and model-based thinking skills.
• Experience with software testing, modern GUI frameworks, and structured technical development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum or Kanban, and Git.
• Exposure to simulation software, CAE tools, or engineering physics.
• Experience working in an international or cross-cultural environment.
