Finance Systems Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Singapore; project scope covers the APAC region.

What you will do

• Manage complex finance systems projects across APAC, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Own requirements intake and prioritization for the regional Finance Systems team.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of project managers.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to support smooth finance system go-lives.
• Assess risks, manage dependencies, and support end-to-end testing.
• Drive system localization, integration, and continuous improvements across APAC countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP ecosystems and their integration with corporate finance systems.
• Proven experience delivering complex systems projects in regional or multinational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Experience managing and developing a small team of project managers or business analysts.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
