TL;DR
Dyne Care Partner - North Central (Rare Disease) (patient access and care coordination): Supporting patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and infusion centers throughout the treatment journey with an accent on disease education, reimbursement support, and continuity of care. Focus on coordinating therapy initiation and maintenance, resolving prior authorization and access barriers, and supporting infused therapies across the assigned territory.
Location: Field-based; candidates must reside within the assigned North Central territory and within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport. Frequent regional and national travel is required.
Salary: $190,000–$225,000 USD base pay annually (MA pay range)

What you will do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
- Provide individualized education on disease, therapy expectations, product storage, handling, and administration.
- Support reimbursement processes, including prior authorizations, appeals, denials, reauthorizations, and site-of-care requirements.
- Coordinate patient support services and address access, adherence, insurance, and treatment-continuity barriers.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and HUB services.
- Document activities accurately and report adverse events, product complaints, and privacy incidents in accordance with applicable requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred; RN, social worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
- 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.
- Working knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and access processes.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and accountability skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography, up to 50–80%.
- Availability to support time-sensitive patient and provider needs outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
