Global Supply Chain Manager (Robotics)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and define supply chain needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners globally.
• Build collaborative supplier relationships and align supplier roadmaps with product development.
• Negotiate supply agreements and contracts balancing cost, quality, schedule, and strategic goals.
• Drive sourcing decisions through cost analysis, manufacturing feasibility reviews, supplier capability assessments, and risk mitigation planning.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate sourcing activities with engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, legal, and operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience in a high-growth hardware or technology company.
• Experience in robotics, consumer electronics, medical devices, or a comparable hardware environment.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract development.
• Ability to build long-term supplier relationships and co-development partnerships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, categories, and timelines while working with executives, engineers, and global suppliers.
