Infant Toddler Specialist (Early Childhood Education): Providing coaching, training, consultation, and quality-improvement support to infant-toddler child care providers, teachers, and administrators with an accent on professional development, child data interpretation, and compliance documentation. Focus on designing and evaluating training activities, coordinating provider support, maintaining accurate records, and traveling throughout the Workforce Solutions service area.
Location: Wichita Falls, Texas, USA. Full-time role with normal to heavy regional travel to provider locations, meetings, classes, and workshops; occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Working from home may be required only under extraordinary circumstances.

What you will do
- Coach classroom teachers and administrators to support continuous quality improvement.
- Deliver face-to-face and remote training using Texas Infant-Toddler Specialist topics.
- Partner with child care providers to develop and implement infant-toddler training programs.
- Help administrators and teachers interpret child data to support development and improve instructional practices.
- Create workshops, conduct follow-up evaluations, and assess the effectiveness of training.
- Maintain provider files, caseload documentation, training records, time sheets, and required reports accurately and on time.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, child psychology, educational psychology, elementary education, or family consumer science is preferred.
- At least three years of full-time early childhood classroom experience and at least one year of infant-toddler caregiving experience.
- Experience providing social services to parents, children, and child care providers.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and child care licensing standards; ability to coordinate adult training and maintain clear records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in business English.
- Reliable self-transportation, a valid Texas driver's permit, satisfactory driving record, and ability to travel extensively are required. A drug/alcohol test and compliance with the agency's drug-free policy are also required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related early childhood or education field.
- Knowledge of child care licensing standards and the needs of young children.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Suite.
