Dyne Care Partner (Rare Disease)

Location: Field-based in the assigned Michigan territory; candidates must reside within the territory, live within reasonable driving distance of a major commercial airport, and be able to travel regionally and nationally up to 50–80%.

Salary: $190,000–$225,000 USD base pay annually.

What you will do

• Support patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey through individualized disease, therapy, treatment expectation, storage, handling, and administration education.
• Identify access and adherence barriers, coordinate support services, and help maintain continuity of care.
• Explain reimbursement processes, prior authorizations, appeals, denials, reauthorizations, and site-of-care requirements.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and HUB services.
• Support infusion center readiness and provide resources for product handling, storage, preparation, and administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation, report adverse events and product complaints, and follow privacy, regulatory, ethical, and company requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred.
• RN, social worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, field education, specialty pharmacy, or care coordination.
• Knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and access processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, problem-solving, judgment, and accountability skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role, travel extensively within the assigned geography, and support patient and provider needs outside standard business hours.
