2nd and 3rd Shift CNC Operator (CNC)

Location: Onsite at the Forks Facility in Easton, Pennsylvania, United States. Full-time 2nd shift: 2:00 pm–10:25 pm; 3rd shift: 10:00 pm–6:20 am. Employees must be available for extended shifts and ongoing weekend overtime when required.

What you will do

• Operate CNC machines, CNC-controlled welding equipment, assembly equipment, and other manufacturing work centers.
• Perform machine setups, edit offsets, make authorized programming edits, and assist with tool changes and upkeep.
• Read blueprints, maintain tolerances to 1/10,000th, and measure completed work accurately.
• Carry out minor troubleshooting, process-control checks, inspections, and production reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and supervisors to maintain product quality and continuous facility operation.
• Follow safety, reliability, housekeeping, waste-reduction, and workplace-efficiency procedures.

Requirements

• CNC experience or successful completion of CNC coursework.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support now or in the future.
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, shifts exceeding eight hours, and mandatory overtime or weekends when needed.
• Ability to work safely with required personal protective equipment, including hard hat, safety glasses, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes.
