What you will do
- Prepare complete bills of quantities for civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects.
- Estimate civil and structural construction activities and maintain supporting measurement records, signed NRI documents, quantity surveying sheets, and progress records.
- Coordinate with engineers' and employers' quantity surveyors to verify quantities and process payments.
- Prepare final contract measurements and payment applications at completion, ensuring all executed works are measured, verified, and claimed.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications while coordinating quantity measurement and reporting across project sections.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience; the listed job level is Senior.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in oil and gas projects; ADNOC experience is an advantage.
- Experience with pipeline projects, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective reporting and communication abilities.
