Senior Civil/Structural Designer (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Produce detailed civil and structural drawings and 3D models for oil and gas facilities, including steel structures, concrete structures, foundations, roads, drainage, trenches, culverts, and underground services.
• Prepare general arrangement, detailed, reinforcement, and fabrication drawings, as well as bar bending schedules.
• Develop and maintain 3D models using AVEVA E3D/S3D, PDS, or equivalent software.
• Coordinate with civil/structural engineers and other disciplines to reflect design intent, resolve clashes, and support model reviews.
• Incorporate design changes, respond to technical and site queries, and support material take-offs.
• Check drawings and models prepared by junior designers for quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience as a civil/structural designer in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
• Experience across Concept Select, FEED, detailed engineering, EPC, and brownfield modification phases.
• Experience with ADNOC, Middle East, or comparable major operators.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, drafting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced AutoCAD and proficient Civil 3D skills.
• Proficiency in AVEVA E3D/S3D or equivalent 3D modeling software.
