What you will do
- Review tender documents, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Support technical tender inputs, bid documentation, quantity assessments, and preliminary cost estimates.
- Coordinate civil, electrical, MEP, design, and project teams during interdisciplinary reviews.
- Prepare technical submissions, reports, method statements, and stakeholder presentations.
- Assist with construction planning, site inspections, progress monitoring, and technical issue resolution.
- Use AI, digital tools, and automation to improve tendering, engineering coordination, data analysis, and project execution.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or recently graduated.
- Foundational knowledge of civil construction methods and structural works.
- Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and understand tendering and project execution processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred; familiarity with Civil 3D, Revit, and Primavera P6 is an advantage.
