Sr. Director, PBM Implementation and Transformation (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, US-based

Base salary: $190,000–$210,000 per year, with potential bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery across the client implementation portfolio.
• Build scalable implementation methodologies, playbooks, tools, dashboards, metrics, and performance frameworks.
• Manage client stakeholders, steering committees, readiness activities, testing strategies, deployment planning, and escalations.
• Lead resource forecasting, staffing, workload balancing, capacity planning, and utilization of internal and external resources.
• Partner with Sales, Consulting, Product, Operations, Clinical, Technology, PBMs, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Develop the implementation organization through recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of implementation, operations, consulting, or project leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing implementation, project management, consulting, or operational teams.
• Experience leading large-scale client implementations in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, consulting, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in PBM implementation methodologies, project governance, operational process improvement, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Excellent executive communication, client relationship management, analytical, problem-solving, and team development skills.
