Project Engineering Manager (Civil Eng.)

Location: Athens, Greece; based in the Athens office

What you will do

• Perform civil engineering design, analysis, drawings, technical notes, and calculation notes within the relevant discipline.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop integrated and constructible solutions for tenders and project implementation.
• Optimize designs and contribute to value engineering exercises with project stakeholders.
• Review engineering deliverables from subcontractors and verify compliance with specifications, codes, standards, and constructability requirements.
• Prepare scoping documents, engineering deliverables, work packages, activities, and interfaces for complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Contribute to engineering meetings and workshops through technical notes and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent in Civil Engineering; an MSc in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• At least three years of engineering design experience on infrastructure or major building projects.
• Strong technical and analytical background in geotechnical, structural, hydraulics, marine/coastal, or another relevant civil engineering discipline.
• Proficiency with discipline-specific analysis tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to project engineering management and familiarity with construction operations are beneficial.
• Excellent written and oral English is required.
