Logistic Operator - Bilingual (Korean/English)

What you will do

• Manage international and domestic freight forwarding operations across air, ocean, and inland transport.
• Oversee import and export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures.
• Coordinate cargo receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation schedules with warehouses, trucking companies, and shipping carriers.
• Prepare and verify bills of lading, air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and other commercial documents.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable processes, monitor shipment P&L, and support margin targets.
• Maintain TMS/ERP records, close shipments on time, and resolve delivery, damage, or loss issues with customers, vendors, and management.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs, and warehouse or transportation coordination.
• Bilingual Korean and English communication skills preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, organization, and problem-solving skills.
