Maintenance Technician 50% RENT DISCOUNT - Hidden Cove

Salary: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus monthly customer service satisfaction bonuses of up to $250.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Respond to resident repair requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Provide responsive service to residents and support other maintenance team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building environments.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks, and on-call shifts at least one week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability and willingness to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
