Project Manager, Journeyman

Location: Pax River, MD, United States; onsite full-time

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate project resources and monitor task execution across multiple Advana-related projects.
• Support project planning, status reporting, action-item tracking, and deliverable integration.
• Track milestones, requirements, timelines, and performance objectives.
• Identify risks, facilitate issue resolution, and support customer engagement.
• Coordinate communication among government personnel, contractors, technical teams, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, data engineering, or a technical or engineering field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting data integration projects, analytics programs, or similar technology-focused initiatives.
• Experience with project tracking, status reporting, risk management, stakeholder coordination, analytics, and documentation.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to complete a government security investigation are required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
