What you will do

• Manage program staff and resources for government and public services clients.
• Monitor program progress against KPIs and prepare reports for leadership.
• Oversee budgeting and expense tracking.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Lead risk assessment activities and guide continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Mid-to-senior-level program management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Accountability, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, organization, and business acumen.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Government and public services sector experience.
• Functional or technical expertise relevant to the client engagement.
• Security clearance for engagements involving sensitive federal-marketplace work.
