Night Fabrication Lead (Pipe)

Location: Houston, TX; onsite shop and manufacturing facility work

What you will do

• Direct the fabrication and assembly of customized pipe products.
• Manage, assign, track, and monitor fabrication work orders.
• Plan resource requirements based on work orders and production plans.
• Supervise fabrication teams and coordinate the execution of department activities.
• Ensure timely, safe, and high-quality material movement.
• Train employees on safety regulations, work policies, standards, and required procedures while developing team capabilities.

Requirements

• Two years of pipe or structural fabrication experience.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of team leadership, work-order coordination, production processes, and people management.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow product specifications.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day and work up to 6 days per week.
• Ability to frequently move materials weighing up to 50 pounds; safety glasses and steel-toe boots are required.
