QTL - Unit Production Night Shift (HVAC)

What you will do

• Train team members to assemble and install HVAC sub-assembly components accurately and efficiently.
• Check unit assembly, installation, component specifications, brazing, charging procedures, wiring, and end-of-line quality.
• Coordinate production schedules, work-order packets, parts availability, and paperwork approvals.
• Act as the primary contact for production-line issues and provide problem-solving and backup support.
• Enforce warehouse safety and housekeeping standards while monitoring work areas and equipment.
• Inspect blueprints and assembly drawings, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and communicate with management and production teams.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for approximately 95% of the workday, repetitive hand movements, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to move objects weighing 25–50 pounds and operate heavy equipment and tools in a manufacturing facility.
• Availability for a variable night-shift schedule and overtime as assigned.
