Operations Intern

What you will do

• Assist with customer order administration, tracking, and delivery commitment monitoring.
• Support quotation, contract, purchase order, and operational documentation processes.
• Maintain operational records and update ERP systems and databases.
• Coordinate logistics, shipments, inventory control, and warehouse-related administration.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and data analysis.
• Support customer communication and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Advanced English skills preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or academic project experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business software.
• Knowledge of AI, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
• Interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
