Director, Fulfillment LATAM (Supply Chain)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; preference given to candidates located in São Paulo.

What you will do

• Lead warehousing, distribution, transportation, import/export activities, and third-party logistics partnerships across Latin America.
• Improve customer service, responsiveness, inventory performance, and customer experience in partnership with Commercial and Supply Chain teams.
• Optimize logistics productivity, inventory deployment, working capital, and total delivered cost.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, advanced analytics, and digital supply chain solutions.
• Strengthen business continuity, regulatory compliance, trade compliance, and governance across operations and logistics partners.
• Develop a high-performing regional team and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fulfillment, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country supply chain or logistics operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, import/export operations, and third-party logistics management.
• Experience with operational excellence, network optimization, supply chain transformation, budgets, logistics costs, inventory investments, and productivity programs.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Portuguese is preferred.
