Junior Billing Analyst

What you will do

• Issue tax invoices, bills, shipment documents, packing lists, and other legal paperwork for inbound and outbound goods.
• Verify product billing backlogs, create sales orders, and coordinate daily billing alignment with Inside Sales.
• Record tax invoices and legal documents in official records and specialized systems.
• Manage product and material inventory in SAP, analyze slow-moving items, and report findings to the planning team.
• Prepare monthly shipping plans using order backlog and S&OP data in collaboration with billing and operations.
• Research transportation alternatives, compare freight costs, identify route synergies, and develop monthly logistics KPI reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics and transport distribution preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of distribution, raw material supply, process control, and S&OP.
• Knowledge of SAP and BI systems preferred.

Nice to have

• Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience analyzing freight costs and developing logistics alternatives.
