Pricing & Quoting Specialist

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; candidates must live within a commutable distance.

What you will do

• Respond to formal RFPs and routine pricing and quotation requests.
• Interpret scientific test methods and study protocols to assign appropriate pricing.
• Use Excel-based pricing models to calculate prices for complex and custom studies.
• Develop clear, competitive, commercially sound, and profitable quotations.
• Create, maintain, and update test services and pricing in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to develop solutions for complex scopes of work and support customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong computational thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity applications, particularly Excel.
