Global Pricing Analytics Lead Manager (Pharma)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain pricing data, tools, price lists, reference baskets, waterfalls, and analytics for Top 10 markets.
• Produce IRP, price erosion, price planning, and launch sequence analyses to support pricing governance and decision-making.
• Track net price evolution, monitor pricing performance, and identify erosion drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Support affiliate price submissions, price certificates, government documentation, contract setup, and compliance.
• Support price floor setting, contract reviews, pricing-related documentation, and global price governance.
• Contribute to reimbursement submissions, indication expansions, loss-of-exclusivity readiness, and pricing and access planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as finance, medicine, pharmacy, biology, economics, or engineering.
• At least 3 years of directly related experience in pricing, financial audit, finance analysis, sales and marketing effectiveness, forecasting, or consulting.
• Experience with cross-border pricing risk management, including IRP, LSO, price floors, and gross-to-net optimization.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, advanced Excel, analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex issues into clear recommendations.

• Pharmaceutical pricing experience.
• Understanding of HTA and health economics.
• Experience with cross-functional, virtual global teams.
• Knowledge of global pricing and reimbursement systems, healthcare, market, and competitor trends.
• Commercial or consulting experience.
