Accounts Payable Agent

What you will do

• Review and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper approval, and entry into financial systems.
• Prepare payment schedules and support timely vendor payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor open invoices and identify overdue or at-risk items.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, branch personnel, and operations teams to resolve payment issues and support cost accounting and billing.
• Maintain accounting records, support projects and process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong accounting and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as related financial systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and commitment to integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement.
