Staff Buyer (Platform Procurement Program Manager)

Location: Onsite in Secaucus, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $82,500–$110,000 annually, plus potential performance-based annual bonus.

What you will do

• Optimize supply and demand across inventory planning, demand management, supplier coordination, and logistics.
• Translate demand from master schedulers into supply plans and maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Investigate shortage root causes and drive rapid recovery actions.
• Identify supply risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor supply details.
• Recommend process improvements and negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, terms, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of procurement and supply chain experience in computer OEM/ODM manufacturing or server system solutions.
• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles, order management, and fulfillment processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, multitasking, prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in English and ability to work onsite in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Understanding of server products.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
