Family Home Provider Manager

Location: Lexington, KY, USA; full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with on-call coverage every five weeks, including weekends and nontraditional hours.

Salary: Starting at $52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of assigned Family Home Provider programs.
• Build professional relationships with providers, individuals receiving services, guardians, families, case managers, and support team members.
• Coach, train, guide, and oversee Family Home Providers, including orientation, certifications, documentation, and ongoing development.
• Conduct regular home visits and monitor safety, cleanliness, service quality, individualized goals, support plans, and person-centered outcomes.
• Review program documentation, incident reports, medication records, and financial records for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide direct care when needed and support emergencies during on-call coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human services is preferred.
• At least one year of full-time direct experience supporting people with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• At least two years of management experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication, responsibility, maturity, and flexibility.
• Valid driver’s license.
