Manager, Demand Planning

Location: Taguig, Philippines; cross-market work across the Asia Pacific region

What you will do

• Lead weekly supplier-level replenishment plans using inventory parameters, actual sell-out data, and demand forecasts.
• Facilitate S&OP forecast meetings and oversee supply-plan calculations.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly supply-planning files and KPI reports.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels in distribution centers and stores based on target days of cover.
• Manage, mentor, and guide demand planning specialists while driving plan adjustments.
• Monitor supplier issues, identify slow-moving and no-movement SKUs, balance stock across warehouses, and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Strong analytical and business skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced comfort using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment and promote continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with FMCG or grocery retailers.
• Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce.
