Design Consultant

Location: CA-79, Temecula, California, USA; primarily supporting Temecula, Murrieta, Corona, and Perris

What you will do

• Design custom organization units and storage solutions using proprietary CAD software.
• Conduct in-home needs analyses, measure spaces, and develop designs for closets, cabinetry, home offices, garages, media centers, and related products.
• Use a consultative sales approach to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
• Manage customer relationships, follow up consistently, and pursue referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the installation team and support projects through completion.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Education in interior design, direct industry experience, or a demonstrated passion for home décor.
• Professional, assertive consultative sales skills and the ability to promote products confidently.
• Ability to create exceptional customer and brand experiences.
• Creative, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of craftsmanship.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients of varying complexity in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with CRM, CAD, or design software.
