Head of Logistics Management

What you will do

• Lead the Logistics Management function against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to improve logistics operations and performance.
• Establish standards, governance, and processes across the logistics function.
• Define and manage logistics activity and development budgets.
• Improve team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, and succession planning.
• Oversee country-level accountability for logistics governance, planning, network purchasing, packaging management, and customs and export control.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
• 3–5 years of experience managing teams and functions.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering logistics or operational improvement projects.
• Strong communication, adaptability, result orientation, collaboration, delegation and control, coaching, development, and strategic leadership skills.
