Assistant City Manager - Logistics

What you will do

• Oversee daily city logistics operations and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Lead communication with external suppliers and coordinate operational zone setup with the country logistics head.
• Supervise, coach, and develop rider managers and rider trainers.
• Oversee restaurant onboarding and training.
• Set up SOPs, policies, and tools supporting rider and partner safety and compliance.
• Track city rider experience and satisfaction, coordinate marketing activities, and provide weekly performance updates to country management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3–4 years of experience in the food or grocery technology industry, preferably at a supervisory or managerial level.
• Strong data analytics experience and the ability to derive insights from comprehensive reports.
• Experience managing larger groups of people.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, pressure, and stress.
