Manager Operations - tMart

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end tMart store operations, including staffing, inventory, pick-pack processes, assets, facilities, and maintenance.
• Ensure accurate stock-in and stock-out processes, shrink and expiry control, product availability, and fresh-food quality.
• Optimize staffing and scheduling to meet demand, productivity targets, order throughput, and service-level requirements.
• Monitor store financial and operational performance, costs against budget, and opportunities to improve expenses without reducing efficiency.
• Establish operational standards, preventive maintenance plans, and procedures for equipment, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Lead continuous improvement, staff development, training programs, and action plans for underperforming areas.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive experience managing multiple product categories, preferably in large retail organizations and international environments.
• Experience in fulfillment, e-commerce, or FMCG retail is advantageous.
• Experience building teams and leading cross-functional projects at scale.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, intercultural, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous.
