Associate Inventory Controller

What you will do

• Monitor daily stock movement and prepare inventory adjustment reports.
• Prepare category-level stock reports for all stores and provide guidance on deliveries, purchase order returns, and stock operations.
• Conduct stock takes and cycle counts across operating stores.
• Match invoices with finance and investigate discrepancies through spot checks and store visits.
• Report weekly inventory adjustments, shrinkage against sales, turnover, and monthly reconciliations to management.
• Identify system issues affecting store operations and stock accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail, structured prioritization, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a hands-on approach to using several tools.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
