Portfolio Specialist Lead Analyst (12 Month - Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Create cash management equity program order baskets using the MFS proprietary Global Modeling tool.
• Independently check order baskets and equity orders for quality and accuracy before submitting them to Trading.
• Modify orders in trading systems and coordinate execution with portfolio managers and equity trading.
• Resolve investment guideline, client restriction, compliance, order-entry, and account-transition issues with operations and risk teams.
• Monitor and prioritize manager instructions, portfolio complexities, order volumes, and market deadlines.
• For non-US market coverage, confirm daily cash, equity, fixed income, and derivative trading activity using DTCC CTM and complete trade-date matching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus relevant investment and trading operations experience.
• Proven expertise in equity, fixed income, and derivative securities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility around the work schedule.
