What you will do

• Partner with Account Management teams to understand client investment objectives and design tailored solutions.
• Develop and present customised portfolio analyses covering fixed income, multi-asset and hedging solutions.
• Design liability-aware asset allocation strategies for defined benefit pension schemes, including LDI and CDI approaches.
• Advise institutional clients and prospects on asset allocation, risk management and broader macro investment issues.
• Produce investment research and cross-asset thought leadership using portfolio diagnostics, optimisation and asset-liability modelling.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency, scalability and quality of client analysis.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in asset management, investment consulting or banking.
• Background in multi-asset or LDI strategies, portfolio management, solutions teams or investment consulting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major asset classes, fixed income, alternatives and investment management.
• Knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, particularly in the UK, Germany or the Netherlands, is highly desirable; LDI and CDI knowledge is also desirable.
• Very strong quantitative, analytical and modelling skills, including advanced Excel; Python, Matlab or SQL proficiency is desirable.
• Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Dutch, French or German language skills.
• Advanced degree in finance, economics, financial mathematics, statistics or engineering.
• Actuarial certification or CFA, CAIA or FRM designation.
