Fixed Income Product Strategist

hirify.global is an active fixed-income investment manager serving clients across public and private markets.

What you will do

• Serve as the internal and external expert on hirify.global’s fixed-income strategies.
• Partner with portfolio management teams and act as the product expert for relationship managers and marketers.
• Represent hirify.global in client meetings, industry conferences, and meetings with European market participants.
• Develop marketing, servicing, educational, and investor-reporting materials, including commentaries and white papers.
• Assess investor needs and recommend suitable investment strategies and solutions.
• Identify demand for new products and support their development, positioning, and growth globally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in asset management or the sell-side industry.
• CFA, Master’s, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree with an emphasis on finance and economics.
• Business-level proficiency in at least one of Italian, French, or German is required.
• Strong understanding of macroeconomics and fixed-income fundamentals.
• Ability to analyze and communicate portfolio strategies and risk factors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, public-speaking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
