Finance Operations Analyst (12 month fixed term)

What you will do

• Perform manual reconciliation activities according to defined procedures and control requirements.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for manual finance processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Life Operations colleagues to support proposition launches.
• Identify risks, errors, and inefficiencies while contributing ideas to improve interim processes.
• Support knowledge sharing and consistent delivery through clear documentation.

Requirements

• Practical experience in finance operations or reconciliation activities.
• Reconciliation and data validation skills.
• Ability to work accurately within defined processes and controls.
• Confidence identifying issues and escalating them appropriately.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
