What you will do

• Originate and structure debt capital to fund vendor down payments and capacity commitments.
• Build financing architecture for compute assets, including bank revolvers, private credit, and project-style financings.
• Manage end-to-end capital raises, from positioning and documentation to negotiating covenants and lien priority.
• Develop and defend complex facility models to support capital strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership and legal teams to ensure vendor and customer contracts are financeable.
• Manage post-close lender reporting and compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, corporate development, or institutional fundraising.
• Proven track record of raising institutional capital from LPs for hedge funds, private equity, or venture capital firms.
• Investment bank capital markets experience, specifically in debt, DCM, leveraged finance, or structured finance.
• Deep fluency in credit documentation, intercreditor terms, and lien priority.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and defend facility models.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and comfortable operating in a small, high-ambiguity startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience raising Series B or Series C capital as an operator.
• Exposure to asset-backed, equipment, or infrastructure finance.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, data centers, or semiconductor markets.
