Location: Must be based in Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office).

Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 CAD.

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for the Lito GenAI platform.
• Drive platform-wide integration, ensuring consistent and scalable AI capabilities across all hirify.global products.
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to deliver reliable, high-quality AI-powered experiences.
• Engage directly with law firm leaders and CIOs to validate product concepts and refine AI solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure successful product development and market launches.
• Shape go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement for AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product leadership roles within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or legal technology.
• Demonstrable expertise with generative AI and LLM technologies, including shipping AI products to enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy across multiple product lines.
• Exceptional ability to think at both the platform architecture and user workflow levels.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in the legal technology market.
• Experience working within a Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem.
• Advanced degrees such as MBA or JD.
