Project Execution Manager

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; full-time, with travel up to 25% to project sites and client locations

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of construction and EPC projects from demand planning and award through final delivery.
• Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Virtual Design & Construction, Product Management, Customer Care, and external entities.
• Support EPC account sales initiatives and translate sales information into manufacturing and supply chain actions that improve product availability.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones, risks, and project performance while implementing process improvements.
• Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, sales operations, supply chain management, or a related leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects and approximately five projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, business intelligence platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must already be authorized to work full-time in the applicable country without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
• Experience with EPC accounts, MEP systems, technical sales, or engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or technology industries.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Earned Value Management, or artificial intelligence platforms for project efficiency.
