Product Manager - Training & Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; onsite five days a week

Salary: $165,000–$195,000 per year, with potential equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plan for training products and the learning management system.
• Create product requirements, user stories, learner and administrator workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead research with kitchen, field-service, and customer-support teams and translate findings into product and curriculum requirements.
• Set the content plan, guide technical writers and subject-matter experts, and approve final learning materials.
• Partner with Robotics, Culinary, Fleet, Customer Support, engineering, and operations teams to align training with product updates and field issues.
• Deliver the LMS from definition through pilot and rollout, then use product data and learner feedback to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management.
• Experience owning an LMS, customer-education product, or similar learning technology.
• Experience shipping products for frontline or technical users and demonstrating measurable results.
• Experience leading content creation through technical writers, subject-matter experts, or other contributors.
• Strong product judgment and analytical ability, with the ability to influence technical and operational teams without formal authority.
