Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote; New York City preferred

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 plus benefits

What you will do

• Own major product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Partner with design and engineering throughout exploration, development, and launch.
• Write product requirements, set priorities, and keep projects moving.
• Facilitate planning, reviews, and cross-functional communication.
• Use user research, data, experiments, and deep product usage to support decisions.
• Shape product direction and make informed tradeoffs around quality, scope, and speed.

Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of experience building consumer software products.
• Ability to create structure without weighing a team down.
• Ability to write product specifications, talk to users, and review prototypes.
• Ability to develop half-formed ideas into defined product concepts.
• Strong point of view with a focus on getting the product right rather than being right.
• Claude Code and Cursor are part of the workflow.
