Sr. Analyst, Operations Risk Management

Location: Hybrid, with three in-office days per week in Saint Petersburg, Florida; Memphis, Tennessee; or Southfield, Michigan, United States

What you will do

• Lead risk assessments, control reviews, and remediation initiatives across the Operations division.
• Analyze trends, monitor key metrics, and prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Serve as a liaison for risk-related matters across cross-functional departments.
• Partner with auditors and process owners to evaluate controls and implement risk-based solutions.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement in risk management practices.

Requirements

• Three to six years of general work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing risk projects and working independently.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, including COSO and Basel II, and regulatory environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• FINRA SIE and Series 99 certifications.
