Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney (English/Spanish)

Location: Onsite in New York City, Monday through Friday

Salary: USD 110,000–270,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and court filings.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and litigation support staff.

Requirements

• Fully bilingual English and Spanish communication for client consultations, document review, correspondence, and professional communication.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• At least two years of recent plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, including motor vehicle accident litigation.
• Availability to work onsite in New York City Monday through Friday.
