Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Houston, TX, USA; onsite

What you will do

• Review case files across Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, and WIOA programs.
• Use statistical sampling, audits, and observation techniques to evaluate compliance with policies and contract requirements.
• Conduct monthly personally identifiable information checks and support financial audits covering support services and worksite agreements.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, quality improvement items, and corrective action plans.
• Provide policy clarification and technical support to center staff, and present improvement recommendations to management.
• Maintain the client complaint log, participate in Administrative Quality Committee meetings, and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related experience and training substituted year for year for up to two years of education.
• At least three years of experience in quality and project management, quality assurance audits, and quality improvement action plans.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, practices, methods, and techniques.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, including the ability to design and deliver presentations and programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, Texas.
