Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana, USA; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Review case files across Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, and WIOA programs.
• Monitor workforce activities using statistical sampling, audits, and observation techniques.
• Evaluate compliance with policies and contract requirements, including monthly personally identifiable information checks.
• Provide policy clarification and technical support to center staff.
• Support financial audits covering support services and worksite agreement contracts.
• Prepare quality improvement items, corrective action plans, weekly reports, and feedback for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent related experience and training substituted year for year for up to two years of education.
• At least three years of experience in quality and project management, quality assurance audits, and quality improvement action plans.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, practices, methods, and techniques.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to design and deliver presentations and programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
