Quality Assurance Oversight Specialist [DOE0036035]

Location: Predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington, United States, with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer. Travel may be required.

What you will do

• Conduct quality assurance audits and surveillances.
• Manage corrective actions and maintain QA documentation.
• Maintain quality assurance program procedures.
• Establish supplier qualification plans.
• Provide environment, safety, health, and quality assurance support for Hanford Field Office activities.
• Support program and project management activities in a regulated federal environment.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of quality assurance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting Environmental Management or comparable regulated environments.
• Knowledge of auditing, corrective actions, and QA documentation.
• Work must be performed predominantly onsite at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
• Facility Clearance is required; a DOE clearance may be required depending on the assigned work.

Nice to have

• DOE/NQA-1 experience.
• Quality assurance certifications.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
