Patient Experience QC Specialist

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional coordination to launch new processes and improve existing Patient Experience workflows.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and performance data, and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Participate in CAPA reviews to identify training and process improvement opportunities.
• Audit patient support calls and email communications for quality and accuracy, and compile feedback for management and training teams.
• Create and maintain SOPs, protocols, and other process documentation.
• Partner with management, data analysts, and patient-focused teams on quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of call center quality control experience.
• At least 5 years of additional professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, listening, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data dashboards such as QlikSense or QlikView.
