Part-time Maintenance Technician (30207)

Location: Carrollton, Texas, United States. On-site schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. On-call availability is required.

Salary: $22–$24 per hour; additional information lists pay at $23 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete work orders within designated time frames and turn over vacated apartments within five days.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to maintain health and safety standards.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, heating, locking, door, and other building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior building surfaces and perform manual repairs.
• Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, alarms, and other building systems.
• Document completed work and materials procurement while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• High school diploma required.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity, attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications, such as HVAC or CMRP.
• Spanish-English bilingual communication skills.
